SACRAMENTO, Calif., September 25, 2026. Webhaus LLC today relaunched bavarianbistro.com, a site online since 2010, as a guide to Bavarian food, beer and travel for North American readers.
The site explains what a Maß is, why the Weißwurst skin comes off and which beer hall is worth an evening. It is written for two kinds of reader: the one throwing an Oktoberfest party at home and the one flying to Munich.
The relaunch opens with 43 guides on a new design, and more are on the way. Guides appear under the byline Resi Zauber, which the About page discloses as a pen name.
